Affinity Ventures Exits Black Rainbow Investment
Affinity Ventures announces the successful exit of its investment in portfolio company Black Rainbow, following a new investment by a UK-based private equity firm.
The case management and investigations platform, BlackRainbow has received new investment from a UK-based specialist B2B software private equity fund. This transaction also provides a successful exit for Affinity Ventures who invested in Black Rainbow in Q4 2023.
Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Suffolk, UK, Black Rainbow is a software company specialising in digital forensics, intelligence, and investigative case management solutions. Its flagship platform, NIMBUS, offers a configurable ecosystem designed to streamline complex investigations by integrating case management, intelligence gathering, and quality assurance processes.
Serving clients across law enforcement, government, and corporate sectors, Black Rainbow focuses on reducing investigation lifecycles through intelligence, efficiency, and integrity.
